Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using hiringMD you agree to these terms. If you use hiringMD on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Profiles, portfolios and references must represent your own work. We may suspend or remove any account for misleading claims, spam applications, or client complaints.

3. What hiringMD does

hiringMD is a marketplace and introduction service. We review profiles, score matches and introduce approved candidates to telehealth brands. We are not the employer, agency of record, or party to any contract you sign with a client, and we do not guarantee interviews, placements or a specific volume of work.

4. Platform fee - 10%

Candidates pay hiringMD a platform fee of 10% of all project revenue they generate through the platform. The fee applies to every engagement with a client you were introduced to through hiringMD - including renewals, extensions, retainers and additional projects with the same client - and is calculated on the gross amount invoiced to the client, excluding taxes and client-reimbursed expenses.

• Signing up, building a profile and applying to roles is free.
• The fee is only owed once you are actually paid for work with a client sourced through hiringMD.
• Fees are invoiced monthly and payable within 14 days of invoice, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Circumventing the platform - moving an introduced client off-platform to avoid the fee - is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and collection of the unpaid fees.
• You must report engagements and payments accurately. We may request reasonable confirmation from you or the client to verify amounts.

5. Client obligations

Clients agree to keep candidate information confidential, use it only for hiring decisions, and give timely feedback on introduced candidates. Job posts must be real, lawful and non-discriminatory.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling access, impersonation, harassment, malware, or attempts to bypass authentication or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your portfolio, CV and work samples, and grant hiringMD a limited licence to display and share them with relevant clients for matching purposes. The platform itself, including its branding and scoring system, remains our property.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, hiringMD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or disputes between candidates and clients. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Fees already earned on engagements sourced through hiringMD remain payable after termination.
